Our Terms

1. We offer services in Web design and graphic design. The client is required to provide the information that is to be included in the website or the graphics
2. Payment Terms- There are different payment terms for web design and graphic design.
(i) Web design. The total fee for web design is 45,000. This fee is inclusive of a service fee of 40,000 and a hosting and domain name fee of 5,000. The service fee is paid once and for all. The hosting and domain name fee is renewed annually. The client is expected to pay a deposit of 25000 at the beginning of the project and the balance after the site has been hosted.
(ii) Graphic design. The client is expected to pay after the graphic is designed.
3. Website maintainance and updates. Suppose the client needs some updates after the we've hosted the website, we make the updates free of charge. We also do maintainance for the website free of charge.
